Welcome to Perfect Event Planner. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://perfectevent.co.za. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Perfect Event Planner connects event vendors with potential clients using a chatbot-driven matching system. We do not handle payments or guarantee bookings.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must provide accurate and truthful information during onboarding.
Vendors are responsible for client interactions and must comply with applicable laws.
Vendors must seek their own client reviews, as our platform does not host reviews.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide truthful event details to receive accurate vendor matches.
Clients are responsible for directly contacting vendors to finalize bookings.

4. Subscription & Pricing

Vendors receive a 3-month free trial with no credit or debit card required.
After the free trial, vendors can subscribe to:
- Basic Plan: R99/month or R999/year.
- Enhanced Plan: R249/month or R2490/year.
Priority placement is provided for the first 50 vendors and those subscribed to the Enhanced Plan.

5. Limitations of Liability

Perfect Event Planner is not liable for:

Any disputes between vendors and clients.
Any loss, damages, or claims arising from vendor-client interactions.
The accuracy of vendor-provided information.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate vendor or client access for violations of these Terms.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
